France Alumni celebrates its 5th anniversary!
Today, France Alumni is celebrating its 5th anniversary! We wish a happy ALUMNIversary to all our network members and partners! Here's a look back at a great story:
5 years ago...
On November 26, 2014, the France Alumni social and professional network was launched in the presence of 400 participants from academic, economic, diplomatic and political circles at the Quai d'Orsay. Three alumni had testified for the occasion: Mr. Mohamed Salah ben Ammar, former Tunisian Minister of Public Health (until 2015), Ms. Jennifer Flay, Director of FIAC, and Mr. John Parkes, Managing Director ofUbisoft France.
This platform, set up and run by Campus France, the French operator of university mobility, is built around a central site and local sites launched by French embassies abroad. Ten of these joined the platform in 2014: Brazil, Germany, Colombia, Gabon, Japan, Jordan, the Philippines, Kuwait, Turkey and Vietnam.
Today ...
France Alumni has 300,000 members and over 3,200 partners in 122 countries! It puts alumni in touch with each other and with companies, notably by organizing networking events. France Alumni is a multilingual platform in 34 languages.
